Privacy Policy

ViralHuntly is a product research website for dropshippers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What you can do without an account

You can browse products, categories and the India dashboard without signing up. We do not ask for any personal data to browse, we do not show ads and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

Data we collect

• Account details (only if you create an account): your email address, an optional name and your password, which is stored only as a secure hash.
• Your saved items: products you save, alert rules and preferences such as your market and currency.
• Sign-in sessions: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and the IP address and browser type of each session, used to protect your account.
• Bot protection: sign-up and sign-in use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the site. Our own logs remove personal details where possible.
• Settings in your browser: your chosen market and currency are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.

Why we use it

• To provide your account, saved products and alerts.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To fix problems and keep the service running within its limits.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts the website, API and database, and provides bot protection.
• Google Fonts serves the website's font, so your browser contacts Google when pages load.
• Online stores' image servers: product photos are loaded from the stores that sell them (for example Shopify's image servers), so your browser contacts them when you view a product.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Sign-in sessions expire automatically. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details, saved products and alerts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us (see below). We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

ViralHuntly is meant for adults running online businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

Product data

The product information on ViralHuntly comes from public online store catalogs, not from shoppers. It does not include personal data about store customers.

We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version above.
