Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you buy

ViralHuntly Pro is a prepaid online subscription to the ViralHuntly research website: ₹499 for one month, ₹3,999 for one year, or ₹299 a month for founding members. Prices include all charges shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery

Pro is activated on your ViralHuntly account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Nothing is shipped. If a confirmed payment has not activated Pro within one hour, contact us.

Cancellation

• Pro never renews automatically and we never charge you again without your action, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Pro ends on the date shown in your account settings. To continue, buy another month or year; it is added after your current end date.
• You can stop using Pro at any time. Unused time is not refunded, except as described below.

Refunds

• Not activated or charged twice: if you were charged but Pro was not activated, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we refund the extra or unactivated payment in full.
• Within 7 days: if Pro is not right for you, ask within 7 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. The Pro time it bought is then removed from your account.
• After 7 days: payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• Failed payments: if money left your account but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Contact us if it does not arrive.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address of your ViralHuntly account, with the payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your receipt email and on the Settings page). We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay; banks usually show them within 5 to 7 working days.
